Description
Team Indie unites indie video game characters into one play experience. Characters like Commander Video from Runner or Clunk from Awesomenauts join forces, each one with their unique skill to cooperatively get through the jump ‘n run levels. You will play coop with your own prior runs and bend time to get through puzzles and action sequences.

Features
-Play different indie characters with their unique skills!
-Merging action 2D platforming with interesting puzzles in a beautiful world!
-Cooperate with your own prior playthroughs by manipulating time!
-List of included characters: http://bsgam.es/ti-characters

History

Concept
We have been developing Team Indie for over a year now and it all started with the idea to make a game where different indie characters aren’t just a gimmick but come together with an integrated gameplay experience. We also wanted to bring in some aspects of our own game Zeit² by allowing a single player to coop play with his own prior plays.

Indie Developers
After some initial prototyping we started showing the game to developer friends at A Maze Berlin 2013 and where encouraged to follow our new dream project. We were taken by surprise of how positive the reactions where, when we asked some of the more established developers to include their characters. Amongst the first were Rami from Vlambeer and Jasper from Ronimo Games. The other developers were also positive about the project and gave us their consent to use their characters in Team Indie.

lol how many "indie" games are there by now that use the exact same mechanic? And every one of them thinks they are doing something unique! So autistic! Meanwhile, the technique was really created by a Microsoft game from 2002 lol.

And again with the "coop with yourself" fagotry!

I wrote:They are trying to market it as a tactics-action title ("single-player co-op", as all the sites oxymoronically call it, not being able to tell the difference between the player and the avatar, like all subhumans who try to parse modern art)

At least the sheer ugliness is a staple of the "genre" by now. The "time-bending "indie" platformer" genre. They should make a category for it on Steam.
