Ukiyo no Shishi will launch for PlayStation 3 on January 29 for 7,800 yen in Japan and Ukiyo no Roushi for PS Vita on February 11 for 5,800 yen, this week’s Famitsu reveals.
The PlayStation 3 game, Ukiyo no Shishi, will cost 7,800 yen, while the PS Vita game, Ukiyo no Roushi, will cost 5,800 yen.
Famitsu also reveals eight weapon types present in the game:
Uchigatana
One-handed sword
Odachi (great sword)
Ninja sword
Dual swords
Spear
Bare hands
Gun (special)
Each weapon class comes with its own set of unique techniques to use during combat. Experience points earned during fights can be used to unlock more moves.
If you have save data for both the PlayStation 3 and PS Vita games, you’ll be able to share exclusive items, weapons, and costumes.
