Jarred Walton wrote:Today is a great day for gaming; not only did we get the long-awaited Wasteland 2 Director’s Cut early this morning (yeah, I’m a post-apocalyptic junkie), but Humble Bundle also has a new slate of games up, this time courtesy of Capcom. While many of the bundles feature indie games that you might otherwise miss, the Capcom bundle is full of some heavy hitters: Resident Evil 5with the Untold Stories DLC, plus RE: Revelations and Revelations 2(EP1: Penal Colony) are all present, along with DmC: Devil May Cry,Bionic Commando: Rearmed, Lost Planet 3, and Strider. Taken collectively, the bundle would normally set you back around $180, so you can get these games for pennies on the dollar.

The usual tiers are present, with $1 or more netting you four titles, beating the average gets you three more—plus some as yet unannounced games—and $15 or above gives you the entire set, including the aforementioned RE5: Untold Stories DLC and Ultra Street Fighter IV.

Got the following on Bundle Stars:

Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor Bundle €4.99
Space Siege €3.74
The Club €2.49
Condemned: Criminal Origins €2.49

Mordor comes with all the DLC and the others don't have any. I now check this carefully after DJ schooled me on a SupCom 2 deal I got which didn't include the DLC.

These deals are only up for a couple more days or so.

Looks like a great monthly subscription that gives you loads of cool Steam keys for next to nothing. This month it has Syberia, Syberia II, Lords Of The Fallen Digital Deluxe, Superhot and Dirt 3 Complete Edition for €1.50, and from next month the fee rises to €2.49. If you choose the "Outside the European Union" option there is no VAT, and the fee for paying with PayPal is a mere €0.32. I was thinking of buying Superhot to try out -- looks like an "indie" shitpiece, but it might be interesting to see if the gimmick is anywhere near as cool as they say -- and that goes for €23 on Steam right now, so with Lords of the Fallen thrown in it's a great deal for €1.50, even if I already have the Syberias (extra keys below, for those who want them).

Looks like the Digital Deluxe doesn't include any DLC... I naively assumed that it would. Should be more careful in the future. Still a great deal though, considering I was thinking of spending ten times that merely on Superhot.

And btw, I grabbed all of shubn's keys from his last post. Thought there was no way they wouldn't have been redeemed in over a year, but not one of them had. Lucky me. Thanks dude.

Tales of Symphonia €4,99
http://store.steampowered.com/app/372360/

I snapped it up because JRPGs seem to be rarely discounted on Steam, and even then not by very much, so if you want to stock up on the genre get on this deal before the 27th when it goes back to 19.99.

Ultimate Warhammer 40,000 Collection €32,39
https://www.humblebundle.com/store/ulti ... collection

Normally it goes for €161,99. Whoever's interested in playing these games with me (some of them have 2P co-op), and later in VS MP mode (some or all of them have 3v3), this is the best deal you will probably get this year on these games.

Or you can grab specific games/DLC packs, if you are only missing some titles:

https://www.humblebundle.com/store/prom ... r-weekend/

Offers valid until the end of the weekend.

Ori and the Blind Forest: Definitive Edition €9.99
https://www.bundlestars.com/en/game/ori ... ve-edition

Plus an extra 10% off if you input the code SPRING10 at checkout.

Still thinking about it. I want the game, but it might be available for cheaper in the next few months, or in some bundle or other. Hollow Knight and the similarly positive reviews for this on Steam have upped my excitement levels, and I suspect it might be decent. Previously I would have written it off as boring based on the trailers, but that's what I said about Hollow Knight, and it turned out great.

I find this website pretty useful: http://isthereanydeal.com/

Besides showing bundles and game deals across pretty much every digital platform, you can set it up so it e-mails you an alert when specific games go on sale or drop under a certain price. You can also link it to your Steam account if you want to import your collection/wishlist.

Thanks, I'll check it out. I've been meaning to try one of these websites, but I never made the time to research and compare them to find the best. But using any one of them is better than using none, which is what I've been doing so far, so I'll try your suggestion first.

Also, just bought this:

REVOLVER360 RE:ACTOR €3,99
http://store.steampowered.com/app/313400/

Looks like Resogun, but perhaps more complex. I've already installed it and will be trying it soon.

Square Enix is doing their Spring Surprise Box promotion, which gives you a bunch of random Steam keys. Slightly different between regions but I think you can get either/both:

The contents of this exclusive deal will be announced and delivered after 4 am PST on March 30th, 2017.

https://store.eu.square-enix.com/eu/pro ... c-download

For just £9.99, the Spring Surprise Box contains JUST CAUSE 3 as well as 3 other mystery games!

The Spring Surprise Box is available for pre-order between 9am GMT 20/03/2017 till 5pm GMT 27/03/2017. Code distribution will occur on 28/03/2017

Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons €2,99
http://store.steampowered.com/app/225080/

I have it on 360 and played perhaps half of it, but I rebought it to finish it at 1080p with my girlfriend after I read a review that you can share a controller and turn it into a real co-op game. Since I have already played half of it alone, I should be able to compare the playstyles and figure out if the co-op is really superior, as the reviewer says.

Interestingly, a bunch of people on my friend list own the game, but they've all played it pretty much the exact same amount of time: about three hours.
