How to play tabletop RPGs by yourself: A beginner's guide to solo roleplaying
https://www.dicebreaker.com/categories/ ... y-yourself

The guide itself is light, but it includes tons of links to resources. I'll be looking into them.

Btw even though we got over my aneurysm and have even five teams now instead of four, the above theory is still the Ultimate Solo solution, and I am sure it works fine. So if you dislike people but like RPGs, you can do this and I recommend you give it a try. It’s more fun than CRPGs, certainly isometric ones. It’s certainly more fun than waiting 2-3 years for Owlcat to release a game you can finish in a month.

The entire combat system of the Original Sin games revolves around barrels of fluids lying around in every room or even outdoor location in the middle of nowhere. This one gimmick is half the combat system because a programmer figured out at one point how to code fluids being spilled onto the battlefield.

Wouldn’t you rather play a game not made by morons for morons?

Think about it. Buy a Fantasy Grounds Pathfinder campaign on Steam and start playing by yourself if you dislike people.
