Do you think hiring IRL crew will be a thing in Star Citizen? Hypothetically. Let's say the weight of my wallet digging into my pocket is a bit uncomfortable, so I'm looking to make it lighter. So I want to hire a crew of 3-5 people to play with me on clock on my schedule as if they have a job. I will pay them a salary, let's say $500-800 for 2-3 hours of play time on work days and 5-6 hours on weekend. Because I don't want to spend time looking for a group and play with randoms, and only want people I trust. I am logging in, they are already there, "Aye aye Captain!", they do their part, I have fun (optionally they have fun too). So like an NPC crew that won't be in 1.0, but made of real people, sitting at their desktops earning money by playing a video game with me.
Do you think this will be a thing? Or is it just sad?...

EDIT: At ease, soldiers! This is a hypothetical discussion, not a job offer. No need to DM me :) I am open for chatting with anyone, but I am really sorry for the misunderstanding.
I actually did this for a day in Rust years ago, if anyone remembers. Tried out one guy, didn't really work out, probably because I was paying peanuts so got a deadbeat. But it seems things have advanced since then:

Also, your prices are insane. People would do that for $10/day.

This is a thriving industry in Asia.
For example, you can get a full on call team (1-4 other gamers) for games like LOL, CS, Dota etc.
The paying rate varies based on your skill set.
Good social chatter, or high ranked player etc.
If there is demand, no reason you won't see it in SC.
For example rates for a high ranked LOL player would be in the ranges of $10-50USD per hour.
You could also hire above average players for much cheaper.

The rigs to run SC might be a barrier, but the way there are shops trading ships and CCUs on the grey market suggests there are enough people that see the value in earning money through SC, that a small group doing this could be profitable.
Get a group of 10-20 people, make sure each of them has a set of ships and gear available to them, make sure they know the basics, and then hire them out for different time slots. Doesn’t even have to be the same people in the account each time, as long as they are skilled enough. Make it a subscription business, with a minimum of 1-3 months, multiple levels available depending on how many hours per month the service is used and how many people you need, with 24/7 availability.

You need chinese for the same reason you put your factories there: because they need IQ. You can't do this with africans. You can probably do it with indians but don't expect high performance. But you don't need high performance if you can have say 10 of them.

I am willing to drop say $100/month into this. Is anyone else willing to drop some money to try this as an experiment for a month? We just make a thread on Reddit like that guy did, and accept applications. He was apparently flooded with DMs. We tell them we only need them for weekends. Don't you want to see how our weekends could be with an extra 10 troopers doing exactly what we tell them? Moreover, I believe that some of them might like it so much that, even after the end of the experiment, they may choose to stay on with us for free.
I think it's worth a try. I can probably just do it on my own for $100 and still get a couple of people, but all the better if I get some more contributions and we can present a more attractive pot to people.
Post here with ideas and/or contributions if you want to try this out.
