The Official DEATH SAVES X DUNGEONS & DRAGONS - Death Saves Die

Whenever you start your turn with 0 hit points, you must make a special saving throw to determine whether you creep closer to death or hang onto life... you are now in the hands of fate manifested in the form of this Zinc Alloy Boulder die forged in the fiery pits of Avernus. Roll a 10 and above represented by the official Dungeons & Dragons ampersand to survive OR roll a Death Saves Smoking Skull and take a step closer to the afterlife.

20s are represented by the smoking skull on the gold field, 1s, by the ampersand on the same, BUT if you look closely, you will find that one of the skulls is floating above a gold dot to represent the 9 + a ring of protection... yes, we tried to think of everything.

These beautiful dice come with their own padded dice tin and were forged by master dice makers Norse Foundry.

*We recommend NOT rolling the die on glass or wooden tables or antiques that you don’t want damaged, and we always recommend rolling on a padded rolling mat or dice tray.*

We need to find a way to incorporate novelty dice in our games. Some type of webcam system, I don't know. I think people do this. And I need to investigate this D&D rule, compare it to the equivalent in PF1, and see which is best and if they can be merged for increased complexity.

Or maybe we can 3D model this die and import it into Fantasy Grounds/Foundry/TaleSpire.

A digital version would fix any issues.
