I've done lots of this. The old Dungeon Magazine is a treasure trove of terrific adventures. Adapting them takes time and effort. There's a terrific online INDEX that provides summary info about each adventure and which issue it's in. ALL the old Dungeon Magazine issues are available via bittorrent but are almost impossible to get on paper. Link not permitted in this forum.

That thread is about converting old adventures to new systems, but that’s bullshit as far as I am concerned because we already have lots of new adventure to play in the new systems. Why spend time converting instead of just playing more? Keep the old adventures to play in the old systems—which also usually means the old settings. I hate moving adventures between settings almost as much as I hate converting adventures between systems.

So anyway the point is those magazine adventure apparently have a good reputation, though I never looked at them back in the day. We have them via the Trove now, so we will populate the old settings with them. They will play for 1E and 2E settings the role of the hundreds of one-shots and organized play adventure available for 3E, PF1 and now PF2.

Be sure to save a copy of this page, if you’re archiving things: https://www.purpleworm.org/tools/Dungeo ... eIndex.htm

Terribly useful.
