Our very own Robomoo published a game on Steam today: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1345950/HEPTAGON/

It's an unofficial sequel to Terry Cavanagh's Super Hexagon, developed with his permission. Check out the trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CkTA0rtqw2s

CORE Games wrote:HEPTAGON is a fast-paced and fluid action game, inspired by the legendary masterpiece Super Hexagon.

Aiming to provide a fresh challenge for veterans of the genre, HEPTAGON introduces perspective-shifting effects that bring a new layer of complexity, and also look pretty damn dope.

  • Dodge and twist your way through 7 mind-bending levels, each with its own awesome soundtrack.
  • Compete on global leaderboards for the highest score.
  • Impress your friends with your now-godlike reaction speeds!

These are some really slick screenshots, no?

I already bought my copy and will be posting a review on Steam after I've had some time with the game. I am a big Super Hexagon fan, so it should be right up my alley. I especially like that Robo has cited his inspiration in the game's description, unlike most devs, who'd rather die than admit their obvious influences. So let's help him out as he starts his career by grabbing a copy (it's only five bucks) and leaving him a review on Steam, it'll be really helpful for him. And post your scores in the High Scores forum!

Thanks for all the support guys! It really means a lot to me.

Now with this out of the way I can finally start work on Atlas 2: Planetary Cyberpunk Rising.
