Gaming desks

They are a thing.

Even IKEA is into them, but of course theirs suck:

Ugly pos monstrosity.

Computing firms have better offerings but everything I’ve seen is too small for real gamers. They’d struggle to hold one 42-inch TV, let alone three of them, unless you buy multiple desks. They seem to assume you’re using Game Boy-size screens, which is true of casuals I guess.

This is what they typically look like:

Prices seem to start at around $150, which is reasonable.

They seem to look pretty much the same and have pretty much the same size and features. I haven’t done any research though, so maybe there are brands that offer more. Only feature I can see now is headphone hangers. At any rate it’s early days so I am sure we’ll see cooler stuff eventually.

And of course you should know the Xbox fridge is coming in a few months I think it is.

Where will this end? A gaming house styled as a PC case methinks.
