Which is precisely what I call Videogame Art.

By the way, since you have now given a proper definition of art, would not it be more consistent to call such a game a Videogame Masterpiece?

First off, "Videogame Masterpiece" sounds stupid, and I have to also take aesthetic considerations into account when coming up with titles and stuff. Second, just because I have given the correct definition of art doesn't mean that the word can no longer be used in other contexts (i.e. with other definitions). I am not going to stop people talking about The Art of War, or martial arts, for example, etc. And here are the first few lines from the upcoming Pong review:

I wrote:NOT ART: PONG (1972)

Let's start this by clearing up the number one question doubtless currently in everyone's mind: what's up with all this "Not Art" nonsense? In brief, if "Videogame Art" means "Great Videogames" (as I've already sort-of explained in my "Can Games 'be Art' essay", and more fully elaborated in my Genealogy), then "Not Art" means "Not Great".

In short, you should be able to handle a single word being used in a handful of differen contexts without your brain overheating and exploding (and by "you" I mean everyone who reads what I write).
