On the fifth page is this startling revelation of how super duper modern and awesome Bioshock is going to be:

BioShock was easy to name. It was named BioShock. But BioShock 2 was originally known not as BioShock 2, but BioShock 2: Sea Of Dreams. Kind of naff. Which probably explains why it's been changed [back to BioShock 2].

Then they added the subtitle and subsequently dropped it again. The drama has been well documented by the gaming sites of the entire world. They probably spent more time covering this so far this year than non-English-language games.
