Coming Summer 2013. Apparently only the PC version will run at 60FPS (and presumably above). And it seems to support 3 screens natively:

It also seems that the developers will not be including a dashboard view because it's too expensive or whatever and only 5% of players use it anyway (or so they say -- not sure if the "they" is the devs or their apologists), which led to some reaction as seen in the rllmuk thread and presumably elsewhere:

I'll chip in to say that if you are playing on a 3-screen setup with a wheel as seen in the linked video, the lack of dashboard in first-person view is in some respects more immersive than if you saw your hands and the wheel a SECOND time on the screen (the first time is right in front of you). On the other hand, the dials and stuff are missing from your (real-life) wheel setup, so it's a mixed bag from an immersion perspective (which is the only perspective that counts, as everyone should have realized by now). Ultimately, a VR headset solves everything (or almost everything -- and neural jacking solves the rest).
