I'd love to give this game a try. Hopefully the XBox 360 version will prove popular. As it's a Vs game I can't think of any better place to put it.

I've always wanted to play Virtual On as well. The closest thing we got in arcades I went to was Cyber Sled and I loved that.

And to think that the Dreamcast fanboys would have preferred a DC port, with no facelift and no practical online mode...

The Japanese version of Rev.X had terrible online latency. I hope Ubisoft fixes the issue for the Western releases.

If you've been playing against people in Japan from the States, of course you'll have terrible latency. If you are in the same country with your opponent it's quite tolerable.

Not for long, mind you, but still enjoyable.

Other than that there's nothing wrong with how the original version was programmed, as far as I know. Besides, the game's been patched already once, so if there were any serious bugs in the online mode they'd have fixed them a long time ago.
