Not sure how long ago this was started, but I just found out that Alamone (who is well-known in the STG community for his excellent superplay videos) is working on a translation of this controversial unofficial Fire Emblem successor. Some work has already been done, but the project is currently on hold until translators are found:

Tear Ring Saga just got a complete translation patch.

I've finished basically everything in this version of the patch. Future updates, if any, will be few and far between unless a terrible bug is found. Feel free to post questions and the like in this thread! There are patch directions and gameplay tips in the readme.

P.S.: For those who are curious, I'm attempting to do Berwick Saga next. I've got my hands on lots of tools for the job, but I could really use help on how to properly rebuild a PS2 ISO, otherwise I can't actually make a working proof-of-concept.
