Where did you see the "first impressions"? We only have a teaser for christsake. And moreover an entirely cinematic one. How could a cinematic teaser NOT be boring for christsake? A mostly-CG trailer that's worth watching nevertheless, for the brief but very varied bits of action near the end:

Ignoring the odd aesthetic hiccup and some cheese in the cinematics, it looks like a cross between MGS and Gears of War, with a plot out of Deus Ex 3. Worth keeping an eye on then.
