What makes it worse is that Croshaw didn't even want to review the game. He had no interest in it, didn't want anything to do with it. But apparently the forum dwellers have been pestering him to do so, and he caved in. And lo and behold, they're actually
surprised to see that he, in fact, does not enjoy the game. This is, of course, after he specifically told everyone that he had no interest in fighters and didn't want to touch the game.
The thing is, Yahtzee is a comedian first and foremost. He isn't really a reviewer half the time. More of a ranter who tries his hardest to point out every single tiny flaw in a game, making it seem a lot worse than it really is. Yet his fans still look to his reviews for an honest opinion. And honestly, the guy's got good points most of the time, but his fans seem to have trouble discerning his valid points from the source of his comedy; the baseless nitpicking.
