Action RPG developed by Climax, the creators of the Shining Force series. 3D isometric viewpoint, very colorful... backgrounds are a bit rough. The mind reels at the thought of how many games like this the DS will end up with by the end of its lifespan.

is this supposed to be a successor or spiritual successor of some sorts to landstalker?

There are similarities apparently, and the Famitsu scans mention both Landstalker and the Shining Force series.

By the way Recap says that Climax's founder died recently. Anyone hear anything about that?
