This will be Mistwalker's next RPG after Lost Odyssey, and according to the following press release it's being published by AQ Interactive on January 31st.

Design and scenario are by The Man himself, Artoon is doing the grunt work, with character design by Naoto Ōshima (who designed Sonic and Blinx and recently rocked our world with Vampire Rain), and music from the ubiquitous Nobuo Uematsu.

The subtitle means "kidnapped people".
