I know it is an old MMORPG but it gets new updates and features all the time. And the new update is an interesting one breaking the barriers of the players' levels when it comes to forming parties. This is happy news to new players as it will be easier for them to be invited to parties. Old and experienced players will find new players to play with as well.

According to the official website,

Level Sync is a party leader-activated system whereby the level of all party members is restricted to that of a designated player. When this feature is activated, all members of the party will be able to receive an amount of experience points corresponding to the level of the designee, regardless of any initial disparity between them.
