You can read my review of Kick Off in the Videogame Art section, and you should play the game if you love... well, great games at all. Player Manager is also a great game, and I'll perhaps write about it one day, but EA had the management side cornered last time I checked, and I really don't see the need for a retro (and therefore dumbed-down) effort at this point. I'd be more excited for a new Kick Off, or simply a patched version of the original along the lines I described in the ending of my review.
