It's the best game I've played in the genre, and probably the fastest action game I've ever seen. Man, it's so insanely intense. I just finished a round which even made me shed a tear out of pure enjoyment. That's never happened to me with a game before. I'm bursting with excitement over this shit and can't wait to get back home from work to start writing a review of it.
Good shit. I am planning on making a Treasure page in the style of the recent Cave page, but before putting it up we'd need a sizeable percentage of their catalog reviewed. So far we have:
http://insomnia.ac/reviews/megadrive/gunstarheroes/
http://insomnia.ac/reviews/gameboyadvan ... perheroes/
http://insomnia.ac/reviews/saturn/guardianheroes/
Your review of Dynamite Headdy will be going up soon, as well as reviews by me of Astro Boy GBA and Advance Guardian Heroes. Then add Alien Soldier to the list and we'll have seven games, which is a decent number to launch the page with.
I think these "company" pages will prove really illuminating in the long run. They will enable people to see at a glance the long-run quality record of a company. Two more such pages I'd like to make soon are for G.rev and Platinum. They are easy ones too because they haven't made many games yet. For Platinum we already have Madworld, and I'll be reviewing Bayonetta and Vanquish eventually. For G.rev we have Border Down by Randorama (which I've been meaning to post for ever), Senko by me, and soon enough perhaps also Mamoru. We'll see...
