Listening to this podcast right now and it's awesome:

First podcast I've listened to. I guess the quality depends on who you've got on, so if you have a great designer it will be worth listening.
He talks about TA, SupCom vs. SupCom 2, etc. It's an hour and a half long and I am about 10 minutes in.
And here's him again on Matt Chat two days before the podcast:

Again over an hour long, and perhaps the best game designer interview I've ever seen. Better even than the Romero ones I linked a while back (which were again on Matt Chat). You will really learn some things about how videogame development and publication works. Note how he says that most executives in publishers are great guys -- none of the vilification and slander of publishers that pseudo-intellectuals indulge in. The business is simply hard and if you are not a hard man you'll simply go under. And if you are under you can't fund and publish games, so that's all there is to it. Read and learn, pseudo-intellectuals!
All this coverage is part of GPG's Wildman Kickstarter campaign which I've been following very closely, so expect a full update from me in the Wildman thread soon.
