Monster Hunter G is a remake of the first PS2 Monster Hunter title (2004) with updated visuals and sound and online (pay to play, Japanese Wii Shop Points) and offline play. The game is playable with a CC (Classic Controller) or a Gamecube Controller only, no Nunchuk & Remote support.
I play the game these days both online and offline and I can say that is highly enjoyable and more accessible than the PSP versions, where you have to battle with crappy handheld's controls in order to enjoy the greatest Japanese multiplayer Hack n Slash game of the latest decade. Its Starter package came with a special monster hunter classic controller and a demo disc of the latest title of the series, a Wii exclusive title, the Monster Hunter 3/Tri.
