[GBA] Fire Emblem: Fuuin no Tsurugi

Hadn't realized this had been translated, and since 2006 no less.

The patch is not officially finished, but apparently they've done almost everything apart from some tidying up. I am currently on the fifth chapter and so far it plays just fine. There are quite a few awkward phrasings, typos, misplaced commas, etc., and the occasional flat-out nonsensical sentence, but the game is so awesome and it's so great to play it in English, that I couldn't care less.
