Canadian region games

A seller on Amazon.ca cancelled an order of mine for a couple of speakers, so I ended up with some store credit which can't be refunded. So I am thinking of spending it on games. The money is just about enough for Forza 5, Dead Rising 3, Ryse and the new Killzone: basically all the retail next-gen exclusives I am interested in. My problem is mainly from a collector's perspective: what are the differences between US and Canadian region releases? Is it the French on the back cover and the manual? The age sticker on the front? In the actual game? Any other distinguishing marks?

Also, anyone in Canada willing to forward the package to me if I have it sent to them? (I will of course send the forwarding fees to your PayPal account...)
