They're replacement cables for mice that are supposed to be more flexible and lightweight than either the rubber or braided cables mice producers usually use. And they come in a wide variety of colours.

I guess the mouse in the video is the 'Ultralight'. I prefer heavier mice which is why I went with the G502 (you can add weights to it to make it heavier and by default it's already a bit on the heavy side).
