So the question is: which of these is the best one? If you can only be bothered to play one, which one should you play?

My experience with these so far is extremely limited. About three hours or so in Blue Dragon and about an hour in Lost Odyssey. Blue Dragon seemed to me completely unexceptional but still quite playable and worth giving it a go for the graphics and character designs alone (I'd give it *** if I had to rate it right now), and Lost Odyssey was just terrible -- I completely agree with Matt0's review (some parts of which I actually wrote, but uncredited -- in respect to which I guess I'd be agreeing with myself, which is always nice).

The next one I am planning to try is Enchant Arm, which was not only the first JRPG of the current generation but also developed by From Software, a very interesting and altogether overall awesome company.

Apart from that I am really open to everything, especially Tales of Vesperia and Trusty Bell, which look gorgeous; Magna Carta II when (if?) it gets localized; and X Edge' just because, on the whole, it looks like the most interesting of the lot.

So yeah. I would especially like to hear comparisons and see rankings by people who have played many of them. It would be awesome if someone had actually played all of them, but I doubt such a person exists, and if he does he certainly doesn't have an account here (nor would he be likely to get one -- and if he did he'd probably be banned within hours).

Note: The links to the individual forum threads are here just in case anyone feels like writing detailed impressions on any of these games. For those game for which a thread doesn't already exist, feel free to start one, as usual.
