It's a Sega developed action game with a looping stage structure (much like in Teddy Boy Blues) wherin you crush astronaut babes, flashing pervert skeleton punks and flying mummies (using their crutches as propellers) with 16 ton weights!!!

Amazing character design aside, the background graphics consist of weird, super minimalistic patterns that are incredibly stylish as well. Mechanics seem to be a bit too simple in the beginning, but the looping stage system leads to some very cool effects later on, where your repeated attacks often result in never-ending storms of 16 ton weights.

The game is also featured in a Mega CD game collection (Sega Games Can Volume 2). This version has some great music in it that's not present in the MegaNet ROM dump I have. It's weird, because the CD version's music is all FM, so I don't know if it's due to bad dumping, a MegaNet file size limit or something, but the Mega Drive version doesn't have any music at all.
Definitely worth a try if you haven't seen it before.
