Spike Chunsoft is readying a PlayStation Vita and 3DS sequel to Conception: Please Give Birth to My Child!, its 2012-released PSP RPG about making Star Children and exploring dungeons, the latest issue of Weekly Famitsu reveals.
Conecption II: Guidance of the Seven Stars and Mazuru’s Nightmare has a completely different world appearance, and its scenario volume far exceeds that of the first game. The main scenario volume alone is twice that of the original. Ten times more characters have been added, too. The goal of the game is to capture eight demon-infested dungeons.

General Details
The game is set in a fortress university city.
Players will fight with Star Children created between the protagonist and heroine.
The volume of the main scenario is double that of the first game. There are also 10 times more characters.
Screenshots where the “Star Children” are born seem the same as the previous game.
The dungeons are called “Mazuru Circles,” and the one that was made first is called “Labyrinth of Mortal Sin.” Plus, there are seven more based on the seven deadly sins. So eight dungeons, it seems.
Dungeons
Make Star Children, get ready for battle, and capture dungeons.
A heroine can now accompany the protagonist into dungeons, but it’s unknown whether you can take multiple heroines.
The battle system of the first game (where what position you were in when you attacked / were attacked mattered) is still present in Conception II, although it’s supposedly going to be more strategic (further detail was not shared).
In comparison to the first game, the party has become even more lively, and labyrinths will change each time you enter them.
Conception II: Guidance of the Seven Stars and Mazuru’s Nightmare is currently 65 percent complete. It’s due out for PlayStation Vita and 3DS this summer in Japan.
