It's obviously a new game but the trailer simply calls it "Crackdown" for some reason (only the dude who uploaded the video calls it "Crackdown 3").

Really bad character designs, especially the faces. Really ugly, a problem that the previous two games, at any rate, did not have.

It looks cool, but I'll be impressed if they simply manage to make the game not stutter this time.
