I'll qualify that statement - I'm not saying Halo Wars isn't fun, especially for people who are entirely new to RTS games and don't know what to expect from them. But I'd posit that the same person, playing Company of Heroes, would grasp it just as quickly and end up with a more rewarding experience in the end-game (all Halo-universe euphoria taken out of the equation, of course).
