His games are obviously garbage, but you gotta give him A for effort.
I couldn't even finish watching the trailer. He has no sense for sidescrolling action, for what makes sense in the genre, what patterns and designs feel good. Also, since his models are so high-fidelity, it seems weird when the weapons materialize out of nowhere as if it's an 8-bit game. The title is very fitting, it really is a crude game.
