The only enemy that chick will be battling is Diabetes.

This new skin has a +2 weight modifier, which means large enemies can no longer carry you, but it has a -75% stamina score so you run out of energy very quickly. Kind of niche, but good vs. certain boss fights. Definitely not one I would use vs. Dr. Diabeetus though, that's just suicidal.
