An anti-group event at that. The points are split on share.

I understand why the point split happened, RE the mega-party that was just smashing the last event in minutes, but the answer wasn't this point split and decrease/total for sure.

Whatever, the rewards are insane in this one, just tons and tons of shit that can come in handy in various circumstances. I especially like the purple RSI suit for the Cult Couriers. Not for the Emperor himself, of course, but... Imperial Couriers! There's also a green one for ysignal, and basically stuff for everyone. Even ship components! Which is a first as an event reward, and maybe even as account-bound items as far as I know. And I heard they're actually useful to have and not something that's obsolete on day one.



Doesn't mean that everyone has to do it. Feel free to skip it, and I am sure the rest of us will grab enough copies of everything for any conceivable use.

We should have until 4.11 to do this. So at least a month, and maybe closer to two. That said I am aiming to finish this weekend so I can concentrate on Warhammer until 4.11.

RSI DISCOVERY MONTH EVENT GUIDE

Alpha 4.10.2 is LIVE today and the IASI event is now RSI Discovery Month. As such my guide has been updated to reflect those changes & rewards are now in!

Save and share this cheat sheet to clear all 4 event tracks fast.

The reward tracks are officially locked in! The Pico replacement is real, you can secure the Constellation Mk V loaner by completing the Constellation Rental Offer contract. The full reward ladders are now on the sheet, right up to the Tier 4 RSI suits and power plants.

The fastest picks for the 3 primary tracks:

TRANSPORT // Important Supply Haul. 2,083 points/hr measured. Wants 320 SCU, so bring a Hull B or Railen.

COLLECTION // Beryl and Iron. Best with a group! Mine and refine it yourself. Flying solo? Run UCM Order (L) with a Moth or Reclaimer as your next best option.

DEFENSE // Crewed? Orange Lvl: UEE Ship Under Attack (417 pts/run, but spicier). Solo? Drop down to the Yellow Lvl: Support Ship instead.

Beginner? Rent an Avenger Titan for 27,000 aUEC/day at Area18 or Orison. It comfortably covers all three starter contracts to complete the event with relative ease.

UPDATE! Minor detail you need to be aware of that was not a thing in the PTU.

To make "Important Supply Haul" appear, first complete any ONE Easy transport/collection contract.

Package Recovery (Exp. E), Refuel Request, Courier Run, or the Gold Box Relay should all work.

We just got done with our first session. Played about 5 hours, but an hour or so was the gearing up phase. We picked the Defense route to start with but we made way less progress than I had expected, maybe 30% or so? And there are two more routes after that, so we're easily looking at 10-15 hours for this event, which is 4-5 times longer than Orison Relief Support. Which makes sense because there are also 4-5 times more rewards. Point is, you can't knock this one out in a short session, you need close to two full days if you can spare them, otherwise you'll have to pace yourself and spread the effort over a bunch of days or even weeks.

This looks green in some pics and blue in others. Either way, it's darn cool. Note that if you only care for some rewards, you can target them specifically and not do the entire event.
