This is the latest AP planned for release in February. It's part of the Hellfire Crisis event, 1st- to 10th-level, and it's the first of a new format of APs: instead of three softcover books of 100 pages each, this is a single 256-page hardcover, so it's published in one go instead of taking three months to fully release.
I won't bother listing the pros and cons of this publishing approach compared to the old one, at least not in this thread, as it's off-topic. But briefly, escalating shipping costs and tariffs are one of the reasons (all these books are printed in china). I think James Jacobs has defended the change on creative grounds in addition to financial ones. I'll look for his posts later, and post them probably in the Paizo thread, where they can be discussed at length if needed.
At any rate, this is a very advanced AP, and there are at least three previous ones that must be completed in the region before this can be run, not to mention it's Season 2. So for us the main immediate benefit is the world detail for Isger to be used in Master of Heroes by any heroes who head that way.
