Just when I am finally playing on a projector and feel superior to just about everyone (well, at 1080p instead of 4K because my laptop can't handle it), VR finally arrives to make me feel I am missing out again. And the worst isn't the need for a VR headset (that's not terribly expensive and it's easier to carry around than a projector), but that I know I'll need a new machine to fully appreciate it.
My main question is, what about the people with simpits? They can't use a VR headset, can they? In which case, which is the superior experience, or is it a matter of pros and cons with no clear winner? I hate those kinds of deals. I am very unsuited to even speculate on this because I have yet to try a VR headset even though I used to own two lol (long story).
Several of us have machines capable of doing VR justice. Let us know if you have any headset plans.
Basically I need to get on top of all this and figure everything out in preparation for taking the jump to VR, because I mean, it's the metaverse, if you don't do it for this game, for which game will you do it?
Plus it's coming to Battlegrounds too at some point.
