Twitch Drops: Foundation Festival 2026

Foundation Festival is here, and so are new Twitch Drops! From July 29 through August 12, watch any Drops-enabled Star Citizen stream for a total of four hours to unlock the ATLS Foundation Fest Livery for free.

This year, we're also trying something new to celebrate the creators who bring the Star Citizen community together. Subscribe to any participating streamer in the Star Citizen category during the campaign window, and you'll receive the Banu Lockbox Replica—a rare decorative item that hasn't been available since the 2022 Bar Citizen World Tour.

I got both. The ATLS paint is easy to get, same instructions as usual, just watch 4 hours on Twitch and redeem. The subscription for the Lockbox is new, and I made the mistake of subbing and paying about 5 bucks I think it was. It was a mistake because I later realized that some of the streamers gift you a sub almost as soon as you follow them, precisely so you can get the item for free. So all you have to do is follow a bunch of them and you'll get the sub. I suppose I could refund mine and get a free one, but it's not worth the hassle for 5 bucks, plus who knows if there'll be a bug in the refund/allocation process and I'll end up with nothing.

That said, I already own one Lockbox I bought off a guy on Reddit in 2023 for $50, but now the price is up to $250 last I checked, so if you want it, grab it asap because today is the last day.



The good news is that this is the second Bar Citizen item CIG has offered by an alternate method (the first was the Destiny Cutlass paint which they've since sold on the store), so there is hope that the rest will be offered too eventually. I'd especially like last year's Holographic Vanduul Skull and this year's Shattered Vanduul Lance Display.

I got both drops for my main and my clones.

Note that you don't get the sub drop if you get gifted a sub, only if you sub or gift a sub yourself. Prime subs (the free Twitch sub you get if you have Amazon Prime) also don't count. So it's 5 bucks regardless.
